In 2005, Roland Sands founded Roland Sands Design and has been shaking up the industry building his performance minded customs and aftermarket parts for V-Twins and Sportbikes. Roland, Roland Sands Design and the RSD fleet of custom motorcycles have been featured in over 400 magazine articles world-wide, on over fifty magazines covers and attend most major American motorcycle rallies and events year round, as well as multiple International shows.
RSD has worked with industry leaders such as Harley Davidson, Ducati, Victory, Yamaha, Honda, KTM, Aprilia, Cycle World, Ride for Kids® Foundation, Troy Lee Designs, American Motorcycle Association, Toyota, Bell Helmets, Dunlop, Vance & Hines, Mustang Seats, Team Robert’s Racing, “King” Kenny Roberts Sr., Alpinestars, Cannondale, K & N Airfilters and Redbull. RSD is known for groundbreaking custom motorcycles, progressive aftermarket products and has had television segments broadcasted on MTV, SPEED Channel, ESPN2, Discovery Channel, and TLC networks.
